Is a permit guaranteed?
No. We prepare the drawings and submission support your project requires, but approval decisions and timing rest with the municipality and depend on your property and scope.
What do I need to provide?
The address, a description of the proposed work, and any existing drawings, surveys or photos you have.
Can I use the drawings with another builder?
We'll confirm how the drawing package can be used when we define the scope and agreement.
Are municipal fees included?
Municipal review fees and any specialist consultants are separate and depend on the project.
